The core function of ITC
are; 1, conducting training and promoting research in industrial 2, Training in
entrepreneurship, 3, Consultancy and research related to technical education
and vocational issues; and any other service incidental to skill development.
ITC seeks to recruit a principal to oversee its operations,
and if have strong engineering transport management experience, this job might just
be for you!
PRINCIPAL
QUALIFICATIONS
. Grade 12 School certificate or form five School
certificate
. Bachelors or Master Degree in mechanical Engineering,
Automotive Engineering / Electrical Engineering
. Post graduate diploma in business Administration will be
an added advantage
. Must be able to work with minimum supervision
. Membership to Engineering Institute of Zambia a must
. Computer Knowledge a must
EXPERIENCE
. Minimum of ten years working experience at senior Executive
officer
. Teaching experience an added advantage
MAIN DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
.Oversees, designs, marketing, delivering quality Training programmers
and services offered by ITC
. Implements ITC policies and plans
. Recommends yearly budgets to the Board for approval and
submits the budget to the ministry of Higher Education for further approval
. Prudently managing human ITC financial and physical resource
. Effectively managing human resource according to according
to authorized human resource policies and procedures that fully conform to
current labor laws and regulations
. To effective and efficiently manage the operations ITC
. Secretary to the ITC Board
