now seeks to fill the following vacancy:
FINANCE OFFICER
Responsibilities
Supporting
the Finance Manager in day to day routine finance and accounts tasks.
Job Description
§
Performing
reconciliations of bank and other ledger accounts
§
Entering
financial transactions using Microsoft Navision on a daily basis.
§
Management
of the Cooperative Share Holders Register
§
Maintenance
of the petty cash book
§
Responsible
for timely loan payments and settlement of local suppliers
§
Timely
update of member saving and loan accounts
§
Filing
finance documents on a timely basis
§
Any
other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
§
Degree
in Accountancy or equivalent
§
Knowledge
of Microsoft Navision 16
§
Work
experience in a similar role in any reputable institution or organisation will
be an added advantage
§
Ability
to work in a team and strong customer focus skills
