Jhpiego seeks Quality
Improvement (QI) Officers to provide individual and institutional strengthening
of health service delivery related to reproductive, maternal, newborn,
adolescent, and child health, and nutrition (RMNCAH+N) for an anticipated
USAID-funded project. The five-year project has the goal of improving the capacity
of the public health system to sustainably deliver quality RMNCAH+N services
across the continuum of care in four provinces of Zambia. This position will be
based at the District urban center and will support Provincial and District
level health facilities.
The QI Officer will provide
technical and programmatic support to district and provincial health officers
and health facility staff to introduce and strengthen quality improvement
methods and tools. S/he will work closely with a team of technical experts to
ensure project objectives are achieved and course corrections are identified
and implemented as appropriate.
This position is contingent upon
award from USAID.
