The Advertiser is a reputable corporate Body in the energy sector and wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following vacancy.
PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER (ONE (1) POSITION) LUSAKA
Job Purpose
To render Legal Services to the Corporation.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
. Representing the Company in courts of law and tribunals.
. Attending to letters of demand
. Rendering support to the office of company secretary
. providing well researched legal opinions.
. Legal drafting and conveyancing
. Attending to commercial transactions, negotiations and bid evaluations
. preparation of reports
. Any other lawful duties as may be assigned to the office
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
. Must be Zambian
. Grade 12 certificate
. Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education Certificate with minimum of 3 years standing at the Bar
. Must be a member of the Law Association of Zambia
. Clean Driving License
. No Criminal Record
. Must be between 30 to 40 years old
