We are living applications for suitably qualified Zambians
to occupy the position of Tyre Business Development Specialist at CFAO Zambia.
This is a supervisory position that will support the Tyre function of the
business by executing the marketing plan for our Tyre division as well as
facilitating an active relationship with existing customers and attracting new
customers. The successful candidate will report directly to the After Sales
Manager.
The Person: We are Only interested in person who meet the
Criteria below:,

Degree/Diploma in any Business discipline or
equivalent qualification
·
5-7 years’ experience in the Tyre Business
·
A good performer with knowledge of Tyre Manufacture
·
Quality and Result oriented
·
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
(spoken and written)
·
Strong Computer Skills especially in Microsoft excel
Key Responsibilities:
·
Analyze, propose and run with original/revised
annual plans and monthly order process.
·
Monitor weekly follow up of sales prospects with
the team in addition to daily sales report
·
Responsible for stock counts and reports
·
Regular Communication with the sales and marketing
team to promote market the brand in order to meet the set targets.
·
Perform market research and segmentation to
generate leads and active selling
·
Relationship building with key accounts,
existing, potential customers and all stake holders
·
To develop, analyze and report sales statistics
on number of potential prospects, traffic, number of leads, number of quotes,
number of sales, number of lost sales etc.
·
Create Tyre Marketing activities and awareness
to increase coverage and growth among them launches, presentations and
trainings
·
Representing the company in trade shows and
joint marketing activities with various partners including making presentations
at such forums
·
Promoting CFAO Zambia’s safety culture in the
Tyre division
