Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia represents the world’s most

operations currently have the following opportunity available for dynamic
individuals with energy and initiative, keen to impact from the outset. Our
office requires the services of a Process Team Leader, who will be reporting to
the Manufacturing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for water treatment
and syrup room in a safe working environment, manufacturing high quality
product according to agreed production plan in line with quality guidelines.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities
To ensure optimum performance of water treatment and syrup
room in a safe working environment, manufacturing high quality product
according to agreed production plan in line with quality guidelines. Manage and
provide daily monitoring and feedback. Manage time and attendance. Manage
discipline/IR issues and ensure daily mini- business meeting are done. Ensure
that all machine components are inspected to ensure that standards of
workmanship are maintained.
Skills, Experience
& Education
·
Degree or B-Tech in Food Technology or
Engineering with quality qualification
·
2 years’ experience preferably in FMCG at the
same level or as an Operator in syrup room/water treatment environment.
·
Analytical skills, coaching skills, good
leadership skills, strong communication skills, able to focus on team goals and
basic trouble shootings skills, a team player, good initiative.
