NATURE OF JOB
Responsible for day to day sales at the
depot. Ensuring that customer expectations are met. Providing required product
information for potential leads and actualizing the sales. Applying innovative
sales strategies to contribute towards organizational goals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have below relevant
experience and qualifications for this role
1.
Minimum certificate
in Agriculture business or marketing.
2.
Minimum 1 year work
experience preferably in agro trade.
3.
Good interpersonal
skills
4.
Excellent
communication skills.
5.
Clean driver’s
license (but not a must).
6.
Competent in record
keeping.
7.
Excellent computer
skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Day to day selling of
agro inputs including fertilizers and agro chemicals.
2.
Dealing with customer
queries and advising them on product information.
3.
Updating stock
records.
4.
Responsible for
maintaining and updating customer database.
5.
Ensuring that sales
targets are met.
6.
Generating of weekly
and monthly sales reports for the center.
7.
Any other
responsibilities as delegated.
