We are
looking for smart and innovative candidates to join our organization as
Interns. This is an opportunity to launch a successful career, as the role will
present a training opportunity and path to a full-time career opportunity with
the organization.
ROLES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brain storming to come up
with better working systems
2. Assist the Accountant in
preparing monthly management accounts.
3. Data entry (QuickBooks
Accounting system) and ensure they are reviewed by the Accountant.
4. Assist the Accountant in
preparing end of year Financial Statements
5. Reconciling bank accounts.
6. Preparation and filing of
Tax and NAPSA Returns
7. Organizing, and filing
hard-copy and electronic data
8. Any other duties as
assigned by the Accountant
REQUIRED
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES.
1. An open mind and creativity
2. Excellent skills in working
with computers
3. Proficient in Microsoft
word and excel
4. A very good understanding
of basic financial accounting
5. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills
6. Highly driven individual
7. Fantastic time management
and organizational skills
8. Highly inquisitive and
dangerously keen on learning
9. And yes, Honest, Modest,
committed and likeable
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accounting
Diploma, ZICA Technician, and ACCA Level 2 or Second Year Accounting degree
student.
