Zamtel
has embarked on a major network upgrade and modernization program to support
its aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy. This project
will run from January 2018 to end in December 2019. ZAMTEL seeks to employ
talented, Self-motivated and qualified professionals for the following
positions under the program office:
Responsibility:
To
ensure the operational efficiency of the sales project team. Daily tracking of
sales conducted across country wide and producing reports for management
decision. Tracking of site performance by revenue and customer base in line
with business plan. Building up of Retail property data Speed implementation of
sales related projects end to end. Coordination with internal stakeholders on
all support related actions to ensure timely execution and monitoring all of
projects. Timely coordination and aggregations of sales driven inputs from the
regions. Ensure monitoring and distribution of Zamtel trade properties that
support achievement of business objectives, setting up of all sales process and
driving governance set procedure, ensure aggregations of market related data
from the regions that is targeted at winning at the retail point. Lead and
manage all sales related projects that may be both internal and external.
Provide from time to time administrative support/ Liaison to all departments on
projects /product launches to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
& Experience:
A
bachelor of arts Degree, business administration Sales, Marketing or related
field. Qualification in project management will be an added advantage. Minimum
3- 4 years hands on experience in field support, Sales analysis, performance
tracking, target management in Mobile sales/Fast Moving Consumer Goods /Telecom
industry required.
