range of financial services for the majority of Zambian businesses and their
owners in a sustainable and efficient manner. The bank provides financial
services to Micro, Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs and their families in
Zambia. AB Bank has been operating in Zambia since 2011 and has since grown
steadily with prospects of further expansion.
In
order to support our rapidly expanding branch network, we seek to recruit the
services of an individual to fill the position of Agro Loan Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& PERFOMANCE REQUIREMENTS
§
Identifying
potential agro loan clients in the markets;
§
Conducting
agro business assessments and loan analysis
in the field;
§
Monitoring
and enforcing repayments of his/her portfolio;
§
Building
and managing own agro loan portfolio;
§
Fulfilling
targets as set by the credit departments
Requirements
for Agro Loan Officers:
§
Agro
related qualification is a MUST HAVE
§
Agro
business work experience and added advantage
§
Micro
Junior and Senior Loan Officers with good performance track record;
§
Willingness
and ability to ride motorbike in daily operation; ;
§
Interest
to work in the rural locations (Kafue and Chongwe);
§
Excellent
analytical skills
§
Good
knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting
§
Fluency
in English and in one local language a must
§
Agricultural
knowledge/work experience an advantage;
