ZAMBIA POLICE SERVICE
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The
Zambia Police Service is inviting suitably qualified candidates to join the
Service as Constables.
Application letters must be
submitted to the Zambia Police Provincial Headquarters starting
from Sunday, 1st July 2018 to Monday, 16th July 2018 as follows: (i) Lusaka
Province (Lusaka Central), (ii) Copperbelt Province (Ndola), (iii) Central
Province (Kabwe), (iv) Southern Province (Choma), (v) Western Province (Mongu),
(vi) Northern Province (Kasama), (vii) Luapula Province (Mansa), (viii) Eastern
Province (Chipata) (ix) North-Western (Solwezi) and (x) Muchinga (Chinsali).
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS)
Interested
applicants must be:
a) Zambian Citizen;
b) Between 18 and 30 years of age;
c) Holder of a full Grade 12 (Twelve) School Certificate with five (5) “Oâ€
levels with at least a credit or better in English language, Mathematics and any Science subject;
d) Physically and mentally fit for service in the Police;
e) Single, of good character and with no criminal record; and
f) Ready to undergo full Medical Examinations.
Applicants
with extra qualifications in the following fields will have an added advantage:
Building
& Construction (Brick laying), Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery, Electrical,
Paining, Metal fabrication (Welding), Auto Mechanics, and Medical (Nursing,
Pharmacy, Lab Technician, Dental, and Clinical Medicine).
NB:
Applicants will be required to submit handwritten applications with attachments
of certified cope of:
§
National
Registration Card (NRC); and
§
Academic
Certificates (or Statements of Results for those who may not have collected
their full grade 12 School Certificates.
