looking for a Regional Sales Manager to increase the sales revenues and
maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Devise
effective territory sales and marketing strategies

Discover sales
opportunities through consumer research
§
Analyze and
interpret sales data to form sales strategies
§
Strive to meet
regional quotas and contribute to the achievement of distribution center quotas
§
Monitor
competition within assigned region
§
Prepare and
submit reports to the CEO
§
Demonstrate
true leadership with vision,
collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness
CANDIDATE
SPECIFICATION
Experience: 5
years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Marketing, Business Administration or related
Software: MS Office, CRM tools
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Strategic planning principles and marketing best practices in
FMCG
Skills to: Persuade, negotiate and communicate effectively
Ability To: Work in a high intensity, fast paced environment
Personality: Motivated, Analytical, Confident
