Investrust
Bank Plc, a growing indigenous Commercial Bank listed on the Lusaka Stock
Exchange, is looking for qualified, self-motivated, hardworking and
enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions that have fallen
vacant:
Position
Title 2: Facilities Manager
Reporting to: Senior Administration Manager
Location: Lusaka
Job
Summary
Reporting
to the Senior Manager Administration. The successful applicant will ensure
departmental objectives and targets as set by the Bank are met.
Duties
and Responsibilities
1.
Management
of Bank facilities, capital and operational expenditure.
2.
Oversight
of leasing of space and management of leased premises in line with the Bank’s
business objectives.
3.
Management
of office allocation to staff.
4.
Ensure
that fixed assets for the Bank are maintained in good order (including
furniture, fittings, motor vehicles and equipment), making recommendations for
replacements as appropriate.
5.
Management
of third party vendors and contractors.
6.
Ensuring
economical and efficient use of resources within the Administration Unit’s
budget.
7.
Supervise
Administration Officers assigned to the Unit.
Qualifications
and Experience
§
Relevant
Degree or Diploma in an appropriate discipline including Facilities Management,
BSc Building, Real Estate Management, and Business Administration.
§
A
minimum of3yearsworkexperience (for Degree holder) in property/facilities management
role or 5 years work experience (for Diploma holder).
§
Must
be computer literate.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
§
Excellent
organizational, negotiating, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
§
You
must be a self-starter, ambitious, confident, hardworking and flexible.
§
Must
have a high level of integrity.
§
Leadership
qualities and ability to coach train and develop personnel.
