Requirements:
§
Advance
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality from a recognized institution
§
Proven
experience as a floor Manager in a hotel or restaurant
§
Able to
demonstrate Human Resource Management Skills
§
Able to
demonstrate ability to manage the Restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant
Manager
§
Excellent team
leader, sales and customer service skills.
