fast growing sanitation company is looking for suitably qualified candidates to
apply for various positions.
POSITION: Receptionist
Requirements:
§ Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
§ Certificate or diploma in secretarial studies will be an
added advantage.
Skills:
§ Must possess a proactive and welcoming demeanor
§ Well groomed, professional appearance and exemplary phone
etiquette
§ Proficient with Microsoft Word. Outlook Express, Power point
and Excel
§ Presents a positive “can do†approach to all tasks using
impeccable discretion and sound judgement when handling unexpected situations
or private information
§ Hardworking with on time attendance, good attention to
detail, quickly adapting to change and ability to multi task.
§ Clear and accurate verbal and written communication,
spelling and gralnmar skills and ability to accurately comprehend instructions
