HEAD OF COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL
Requirements:
§
Degree in Law (LLB), Banking,
Finance, Economics or equivalent Business qualification
§
Professional qualifications such
as CFA, ACCA, ACAMS etc. will be added advantage
§
Relevant certification /
accreditation / membership with professional body as required for role
§
Minimum 5 years of Legal
experience, with at least 3 years in a similar organization
§
At least 2 years regulatory
compliance experience including risk assessment.
