THE COMPANY
Metal Fabricators of
Zambia Plc (ZAMEFA) is a wire and cable manufacturing company for the domestic
and foreign markets. Its major operations are in Luanshya on the Copperbelt
Province and it is a unit of CBI – electric group under the auspices of Reunert
group of Companies which manage a portfolio of businesses in the fields of
electrical engineering, information communication technologies and
applied electronics. Zamefa wishes to invite applications from suitably
qualified persons to fill the following position:
EXECUTIVEADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (LUSAKA)
Duties:
§
To provide high level
administrative support for both Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
§
To perform all
clerical functions such preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, manage
conference and video calls and schedule meetings.
§
Make both local and
international business travel arrangements for
§
Ordering of Office
supplies and maintains records management systems.
§
To manage all company
events.
Qualifications / Experience:
§
Full Grade Twelve
certificate
§
Competent in computer
— word, excel, power point
§
Diploma in secretarial
studies
§
Two (02) years and
above working experience
§
Good interpersonal
skills
