Topstar is a Zambian communications company that has come to offer

company, We are currently recruiting a driven and independent intern based in
Lusaka office to assist the HR team with a lot of stimulating works.
Duties include, not limited:
§
Assists in maintaining Human
Resource Information System Records.
§
Assists in administering various
Human Resource Plans and Procedures.
§
Assists the HR department in
development and implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
§
Assists in recruitment, employee
relations and exit interviewing.
§
Maintains department records.
§
Performs all other related duties
as required and assigned.
Qualifications
§
Should be in 3rd or 4th year
towards pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management or possess a Degree.
§
Should be between 21 – 25 years.
§
Should be conversant with
Microsoft Office.
