VACANCY: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Location: Lusaka
The Operations Coordinator is
responsible for Logistics, Transportation, Inventory and Facilities Management
across the VITALITE network.
Through effective management of
themselves and their team, the coordinator will be expected to ensure:
§
Outbound products and supplies
are delivered accurately and on time (Logistics);
§
Sufficient roadworthy vehicles
are available to meet Company requirements (Transportation);
§
Inbound products and supplies are
received and accurately accounted for (Inventory);
§
VITALITE HQ is clean, safe,
secure and available (Facilities Management).
Key Characteristics
§
Grade 12 Certificate with good
Mathematics & English.
§
Diploma/ Degree with majors in
Engineering/ Operations/ Logistics/ Business Administration.
§
3+ years working experience in
Engineering, Logistics or Industrial.
§
Excellent user of Microsoft Word
and Excel.
§
Driver’s License (Manual).
§
Strong understanding of vehicle
mechanics & maintenance.
§
Systems thinker.
§
Process minded.
§
Works well towards deadlines.
§
Highly organized with strong
attention to detail.
§
Problem solver.
