Responsibilities
§
Monitors /collates
data for monthly MIS
§
Interacts actively
with the clients at an operational level
§
Generate reports as
per requirement from the Senior Management
§
Generate reports using
operation tools
§
Forecasts, plans and
schedules manpower
§
Tracks and analyzes
call arrival patterns
§
Plans capacity
§
Creates automated
reports for Real Time Service.
§
Manages command center
Experience/Skills:
§
2+ years of relevant
experience in BPO industry
§
Should have exposure
to CISCO / CIC from I3 are preferred.
§
Should also have
decent knowledge with data base and conceptualize the reports and report
queries.
§
Should have domain
knowledge of Project Planning, Process Planning, data interpretation and
presentation.
§
Should possess good
analytical skills.
§
Attention to details
Education:
§
Grade 12 certificate
plus degree in relevant field.
