Hands on supervision of the
following Lodge departments : Housekeeping and Laundry
§
Ensure the Lodge can reach its
targets e.g. sales, room occupancy
§
Build on the Aabiya Lodge Brand
§
Skills development program
monitoring and implementation for Staff Members
Skills:
§
Bemba and English
§
Microsoft Excel, Word
§
Customer Service
§
House Keeping
§
Maintenance of white beddings
§
Able to drive a vehicle (Valid
Driving license)
Qualifications:
§
Post grade 12 qualification in
hospitality related field
Age:
24 to 32 years old
Experience:
§
Minimum 3 years job experience.
(At least 2 years in housekeeping or laundry department)
