aquaculture firms in Africa. We breed and grow our tilapia on the shores of
Lake Kariba and sell our product fresh nation-wide.
Yalelo
is looking for a highly energetic Store Development Coordinator to
achieve efficiency in store roll-out project plans, brand visibility and the
creation of value for retail and wholesale trade of Zambia’s #1 fish within the
Copperbelt territory in line with the store roll-out and Yalelo growth
plans. Our Store Development Coordinator will ensure that all projects are
completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Location:
This role will be primarily based at the Yalelo Distribution Center in Kitwe.
The Right-Fit candidate will:
§
On time completion of
projects
§
Collaborate with internal
team and contractors to deliver results on deadlines
§
Prepare comprehensive
action plans including resources, timeframes and budgets
§
Coordinate tasks,
schedule, risk management and administrative duties
§
Maintain and monitor
project plans
§
Organising and
participating in stakeholder meetings
Our
Store Project Coordinator should have:
§
Bachelor degree in
business or related field of study.
§
Exceptional verbal,
written and presentation skills.
§
Excellent planning,
organisational and interpersonal skills
§
Ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a team.
§
Competency in Microsoft
applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
§
Knowledge file
management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
§
An ability to prepare and
interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
§
Solid organizational
skills, including multitasking and time-management
§
Ability to work on tight
deadlines.
§
Must be a member of the
Zambia Institute of Marketing
