Yalelo
is seeking two (2) highly
enthusiastic Assistant Store Development Coordinators to
support the Store Development Coordinator in the store roll-out projects for
the creation of value for retail and wholesale trade of Zambia’s #1 fish within
the Copperbelt territory in line with the designated project plans. The
Assistant Store Development Coordinators will ensure that all projects are
completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Location:
This role will be primarily based at the Yalelo Distribution Center in Kitwe.
The Right-Fit candidate will:
§
On time completion of
projects
§
Provide support to the
Store Development Coordinator
§
Collaborate with projects
team on what materials are needed per project
§
Ensure that inventory
levels are maintained and orders replenished on a regular basis
§
Coordinate tasks with
team and contractors and administrative duties
Our
Store Project Coordinator should have:
§
Bachelor degree in
business or related field of study.
§
Exceptional verbal,
written and presentation skills.
§
Excellent planning,
organisational and interpersonal skills
§
Ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a team.
§
Competency in Microsoft
applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
§
Knowledge file
management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
§
Solid organizational
skills, including multitasking and time-management
§
Ability to work on tight
deadlines.
§
Must be a member of the
Zambia Institute of Marketing
