Responsibilities
§
Grow mobile money merchant
ecosystem and numeric distribution in the territory
§
Build merchant distribution
infrastructure and grow numeric distribution in the territory
§
Drive merchant recruitment in the
market
§
Ensure achievement of targeted
merchant transactions & volumes
§
Build equity at the retail point
and ensure visibility to drive merchant payment volumes
§
Communication of promotions to
the merchant channel & ensure customer knowledge of promotions
§
Training of all merchants on
promotions, products & services
§
Manage below the line activities
in the allocated Zone
Candidates Requirements
§
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in
Marketing or Business Administration
§
2-3 years’ experience in a dealer
Management function or FMCG sales environment
§
Manages negotiations
§
Market awareness
§ Ability to monitor own work
