We are looking for suitably
qualified candidates to fill up the following position;
Shipping Desk Coordinator P IL
The successful candidate will be
required:
§
Ensure that the detention demurrages
is invoiced when the End date update in the system;
§
Coordinate and submit timely the
booking forecast;
§
Ensure that shipments are delivered
to customers against the required paper work
§
Perform the demurrage/detention
reconciliation with ship-owners collection data
§
Prepare the monthly
demurrage/Detention and freight collection report
§
Check and update the Dem/Det
report (daily, weekly and monthly).
§
Ensure that all the requirements
of the ship-owners related to freight and demurrage/detention are fulfilled
§
Prepare the monthly statistics
Minimum Qualification for this
appointment is full Grade 12 certificate; Diploma in Marketing and/or
Logistics, Freight forwarding, shipping or Equivalent , Minimum 5 years
relevant work experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding or
international logistics; Excellent computer skills (word, excel,
PowerPoint, internet) and database management and must be Fluent in English
both written and spoken and should 25 & above.
