JOB OPPORTUNITIES
In line with our corporate
priorities aimed at ensuring the optimisation of revenue collection and
increased tax compliance on hand and the need to effectively manage the
numerous challenges and opportunities in the fast changing business
environment on the other, we are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented,
well-qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies in
the Authority.
HOUSEKEEPER -GRADE ZRA09 (01)
Reporting directly to the
Training Centre Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning ard servicing the
assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
including replenishing guest rooms with items such as soap, toilet paper ane
towels, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, clearing and sanitizing bathrooms,
removing trash and includes cleaning of restaurant floor ard public areas.
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
§
Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish
classrooms and restaurant floors.
§
Dust and vacuum cleaning of
furniture.
§
Replenishing stocks of guest
supplies such as soap etc.
§
Make beds, change bed linen,
distribute clean towels and toiletries
§
Clean, disinfect and polish
bathroom fixtures and appliances.
§
Pick up debris and empty bins
§
Wash/cleaning windows, walls and
ceilings.
§
Report all maintenance defects,
anc all lost and found items according to established procedures.
§
Cleaning of all public areas.
REQUIREMENTS
§
Grade twelve (12) School
Certificate;GeneraI Certificate of Education (GCE) Equivalent
§
Certificate in House Keeping and
Laundry Minimum of one (1 ) year work experience
