Interacts With: Buffer Zone Community Manager and the Administration Manager,
Core Zone Conservation Manager
JOB
DESCRIPTION
Oversee day to day operations
develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities;
presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Prepare regular reports for upper management
CANDIDATE
SPECIFICATION
Experience: 2 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
Software: Job related
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR,
procurement, operations etc.)
Skills To: Planning and budgeting, drive performance of finance, HR,
procurement, operations
Ability To: Troubleshoot and problem solve, communicate effectively, provide
leadership
Personality: Out going, driven, passionate
other: Must have a valid driving license
