Our
client, a player in the agroforestry industry is looking to employ an
Administration Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing,
and maintaining an Administration System that ensures the successful,
financially sustainable development of the Core and Buffer Zones in a
transparent, accountable and ethical manner.
Candidates
with experience in managing conservation and forestry projects preferred.

Interacts With: Core Zone Conservation and Buffer Zone Community Managers
JOB
DESCRIPTION
Development of an Administration System that meets the requirements of the laws
of Zambia and of the Investor.
Work closely with the organizations external Accounting Company to ensure all
legal requirements are met.
Contribute to the development of annual and 5 year work plans, budgets,
reporting and monitoring systems for the Core and Buffer Zones.
Coordinate, manage and monitor all staff members working in the Administration
Department.
Develop annual Financial Reports that track the development and viability of
each Zone and any other standalone sections/ businesses that fall under the
Zones.
Ensure responsible use and care of any project assets and equipment.

SPECIFICATION
Experience: 2 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
Software: Job related
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of
Administration Systems. Office management
Skills To: Budgeting and Planning, System and process streamlining,
Ability To: Organize and supervise, Develop and manage departments, Develop
annual Financial Reports
