Zambian Breweries Plc is a
subsidiary of the AB Inbev and is the leading beverages company as well as the
franchise bottler of The Coca Cola Company in Zambia. We seek innovative and
ambitious professionals to drive performance in a dynamic, challenging and
stimulating work environment. We therefore invite applications from suitably
qualified candidates for the following position:
PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER –
COMMERCIAL (LUSAKA X1)
Contract: Permanent
The successful candidate will be
accountable for the following:
- Providing reliable, accurate and
timely administrative support to line
- Providing custody services of the
People Information System and files; and ensuring the accurate and timely
maintenance of employee data
- Implementing the talent
management processes to support the current and future development and
deployment needs of the company in line with strategies and plans
- Managing and monitoring the
recruitment process and ensure effective on-boarding
- Guiding line in the design and
implementation of plans for organisational design initiatives
- Managing and monitoring
performance through performance management processes
- Ensuring IR policies are in place
and implemented
The job is particularly suitable
for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the
following attributes.
- A minimum of a Grade 12
certificate with six credits including Mathematics and English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resource Management or any business related degree.
- A member of ZIHRM.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a
manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and
presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with
great attention to detail.
- High levels of integrity.
